09.30 – 12.00 Morning Session: Foundations and Case Examples
We open the day with a series of presentations from pioneering small and medium-sized enterprises that have engaged in collaboration through the Lighthouse model.
They will share important insights into their journey of addressing complex societal challenges and structural barriers, demonstrating how cross-sector partnerships can contribute to reducing health inequality.
This is followed by a presentation of the Lighthouse framework – not only outlining its vision, governance structure, and results from more than 40 projects on mental health and healthy weight, but also highlighting the conditions required for the model to work and the key messages that must remain in focus to meet the challenges of tomorrow.

The day concludes with a high-level panel debate on implementing partnership-based innovation frameworks in diverse systems and contexts.
