How much does it cost to attend WHINN?
You can choose a 1-day ticket or a 2-day ticket* + WHINN After Dark (Wednesday from 16-20H)
*Members of Danish Life Science Cluster get a discount
Can I attend certain parts of WHINN?
At WHINN 2024 you can participate for one or two days. Select either full-day or half-day events when registering. Some events will be in English and others in Danish – this will be visible in the description of the events.
If I am prevented, can I get my money back?
It will not be possible to get your money back once your registration has been completed. However, you can change the name of the ticket if you want to transfer it to another person.

Please note! If you have not canceled your participation or are absent (without giving notice), you must pay a no-show fee of DKK 500
How many seats/tickets?
There will be a limit on the different tracks/presentations, so if you want to be sure of getting a seat, we recommend that you buy your ticket as soon as possible. You can always change your order if you want to participate in another presentation (as long as there are available seats).
Who participates in WHINN?
WHINN is attended by business people, decision-makers from municipalities, policy-makers, representatives from educational institutions, researchers and clinicians, and others with an interest in health innovation.
In 2023, +600 participated from both Denmark and abroad.
How do I get there?
WHINN 2024 takes place in Forskerparken 10, 5230 Odense, Denmark
Planes and trains
There are 2 international airports you can use to get to Odense:
Billund Airport is located approx. 100 km from Odense. From here you can go to Vejle by bus or taxi, and then take the train from Vejle to Odense. Read more on Billund Airport website for further information about the bus schedule.
Copenhagen Airport is 165 km from Odense. You can get a train from Copenhagen Airport directly to Odense. Read more at Copenhagen Airport – CPH Airport.
Car
It is easy to reach Odense by car. Follow the E45 on the motorway from the south and turn onto the E20. Odense SØ is exit no. 50 when you arrive from the West. If you arrive from the east, use exit no. 50 Odense SØ.
Tram (Odense Letbane)
How to get from Odense Railway Station to Forskerparken 10, 5230 Odense.
To Forskerparken, take the tram (“Odense letbane”) in direction towards Hjallese st. from Odense Central Station. Get off the tram at Campus Odense and walk 1 km to Forskerparken.
TAXI
You can get a taxi from Odense Central Station. Ask driver for price.
Where can I park?
There is free parking in Forskerparken.
You can also use the parking area at SDU – University of Southern Denmark and Munkebjerg Parken, but pay close attention to the rules that apply to parking cf. signs. Both are a short walk from Forskerparken.
How do I get around in Forskerparken?
WHINN 2024 is held at Forskerparken in Odense in the main building, building G, building F 1. floor and Healthcare Denmark. Each location has a colour. Programs and wayfinding are placed in several places in Forskerparken.
