My research is particularly concerned with strengthening cross-sectoral transition processes for the elderly patient with multiple diseases in collaboration with relatives, bridge-building nurses and cross-professional/sectoral collaboration partners.

My contribution to WHINN is knowledge about how we work with research in transition processes in the innovation project: Bridging Safe Elderly Care.
