My main interest is prevention and treatment of work-related muscle and joint pain. With a background in work physiology, I have together with my research group developed and evaluated the concept of Intelligent Physical Exercise Training, (IPET).

At WHINN I aim to present the potential and the challenges in collaboration with professionals to transmit results from randomized controlled studies into digital health solutions. I intend to increase a citizen science perspective on how employees can maintain work ability by improving muscle and joint health and facilitating the active life that prevents noncommunicable diseases.
