Technology can be a help for many, and it is important that we, professionals, help find the right match between citizen and technology. We must dare to try things out together with the citizens, and give them time to see the possibilities.

The relational coordination is important. Odder Municipality is one of the smaller municipalities and we are close to each other. It gives the opportunity to think creatively in relation to the task solution.
