On a daily basis, I sit with the green transition at the region’s hospitals, where I assist with environmental knowledge and LCA calculations. One of the things that takes up the most space in the regions’ climate accounts is the consumption of medicine, which is why we need to investigate how we can make this industry more sustainable. This applies both in relation to the production and disposal of medicine, but especially also how we can influence consumption in hospitals, e.g. via behavioral changes.
