I am first and foremost a nurse and alternate in everyday life between clinical work close to patients and work with innovation and development. I am passionate about guiding new colleagues in their new practice, therefore it is natural, because I am also a bit of a technical geek, to look at where digital can help us in our everyday life. That’s why I also geek out with, for example, the development of virtual reality for training clinical skills and look at other areas where we can use digital solutions to shape more sustainable training and teaching methods.
