Digital Competencies: Stay curious!
Digital competencies belong to a category known as “lifelong learning” because the rapid development of technology and digitalization require constant updating and adaptation of skills throughout one’s life in order to understand, apply, and participate in modern society and the labor market. Therefore, it is important that you maintain your curiosity.
Part 1 is an approach to the subject on a general level, seen from a national and international perspective. Among other things, we will present you with a new international educational concept, which has been developed in collaboration with Italy, Slovenia, and Spain under the auspices of the EU project DELIVER.
Part 2 focuses on how we find inspiration and motivation to digitize. There will be some short workshops about getting digitalization in the workplace to find its feet. We will test methods for developing digital competencies, e.g., assessment of own competence level, reflection on where digital solutions create value, how to take employees’ motivation into account, reflection on ethical considerations, and what it takes to change behavior.
This event will be held in Danish.
